Don is a member of Morris Nichol Arsht & Tunnell, assigned to the firm's General Business Litigation Group. His practice is primarily devoted to representing major corporate clients in litigation relating to commercial contracts, employment discrimination, construction disputes and insurance and products liability claims.
Previously Don served as a law clerk to The Honorable James L. Latchum of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. He also became a member of the Order of the Coif while a student at Villanova Law.
Don has served as the Secretary of the Board of Bar Examiners of the State of Delaware Supreme Court, and is currently a member of the Board. He is also a member of the Superior Court Civil Advisory Committee.

Fred is a partner with Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP in Wilmington. His practice areas include personal injury, insurance and construction litigation.
Prior to joining Young Conaway, Fred served as law clerk to The Honorable Edwin D. Steel, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware from 1972 to 1974. While attending Villanova Law, he was the associate editor of the Villanova Law Review, 1971-1972.
Fred is the immediate past president of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, a member of the Delaware Board of Bar Examiners, and a charter member of the Delaware Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is also past president of the Duke University Delaware Alumni Chapter.

In September of 2003, Sheri relocated from Philadelphia back to her home state of Delaware. For three years prior to her move, she practiced personal injury defense in the Claims Unit of the City of Philadelphia Law Department, as well as spent two years practicing plaintiff’s personal injury at Wapner, Newman and Wigrizer, concentrating in medical malpractice and other catastrophic loss.
Prior to her involvement with the Delware Chapter, Sheri served as a board member of the Villanova Law Alumni Association's Board ofAdvisors and Young Alumni Committee. She was also elected to the Philadelphia Bar Association's Young Lawyer's Division and served a three year term.

Jim is a partner with Trzuskowski Kipp & Kelleher, P.A. in Wilmington. His work has included innumerous personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability and property damage cases. He is also an arbitrator and mediator for the Superior Court of Delaware.
Prior to working in private practice, Jim served as an assistant public defender in Delaware from 1964 to 1971, and as a Family Court Master from 1966 to 1967. He is a past president of the Delaware Trial Lawyers and the American Board of Trial Advocates, and currently serves as chair of the Delaware Superior Court Civil Rules Advisory Committee.
Jim is a past president of the Villanova Law Alumni Association, and former chair of the Padua Academy High School Board of Trustees. Currently he chairs the Padua Academy Scholarship Foundation Board.

Gretchen is a partner with Morris, James, Hitchens & Williams LLP in Wilmington, where she is a member of the firm's Family Law and Government Relations Practice Groups.

Bobby works for the Department of Justice as a Deputy Attorney General and Chief Prosecutor of Kent County. He manages twelve attorneys, as well as an office of about 35 employees, and continues to try criminal cases.
Immediately after law school, he served as a law clerk to Judge William Chandler and Judge William Lee of the Superior Court of Delaware. He then served as the Deputy Attorney General for the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice in Wilmington.
Bobby is an adjunct professor for the University of Delaware, and is a member of the Kent Count Criminal Advisory Board. He is also an arbitrator for the Superior Court of Delaware and serves on the Superior Court's Criminal Rules Committee. Previously, he served as an instructor at Delaware Technical & Community College, the New Castle County Police Academy, and with the Delaware State Police Investigators Course. In addition he served on the Governor's Committee on Prison Reform, and appeared as a guest commentator on Court

Sheldon is an associate with Fox Rothschild O'Brien & Frankel, LLP. He practices in the areas of Delaware corporate law, corporate and business litigation and creditor's rights.
Previously Sheldon practiced with a corporate litigation firm in Wilmington, and served as a law clerk to The Honorable William T. Quillen of the Superior Court of Delaware.
