Verification/Forms

The U.S. Department of Education requires that selected applicants for Title IV funds complete a process called verification. Verification requires that a student provide documentation to validate information submitted on the FAFSA or the loan application. Villanova Law School requires that all students submit federal tax returns and complete other documents that verify such things as household size, number in college, certain untaxed income and non-tax filer status. Information must be submitted to complete the verification process no later than 45 days before the last day of the student's enrollment.
