Professional Responsibility

The Program covers the rules of professional responsibility in federal tax practice. As a condition to the award of their degree, all matriculated students are required to participate in a symposium which deals with professional responsibility standards for tax practice. In addition, all faculty are encouraged to highlight areas in which professional responsibility questions are likely to arise in the subject areas they teach.
