Professor Becker received his B.S. from Temple University and his LL.B. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.  Before joining the Villanova faculty in 1972, Professor Becker was an associate attorney at MacCoy, Evans & Lewis in Philadelphia, and at Davis & Cox in New York City.

Professor Becker's research and teaching interests focus on family law, sales, and legal ethics.
