Professor Mulroney received his B.S.C. from State University of Iowa and his J.D. from Harvard Law School. In 1988, Professor Mulroney joined the faculty as the Director of the Villanova Graduate Tax Program. Previously, he clerked for the United States Tax Court, was an appellate attorney in the Tax Division of the United States Department of Justice, and spent 25 years as a partner in a Washington D.C. tax specialty firm.
