Professor O’Hare received her B.S. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. with high honors from the George Washington University Law Center. At George Washington, she was a member of the George Washington Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Following law school, she was an associate at Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue in New York. Before joining the faculty as a Visiting Professor in 2000, Professor O’Hare was a member of the faculty at the University of Missouri--Kansas City School of Law and previously at St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida.
Professor O’Hare’s research and teaching interests focus on securities regulation and corporations.
