Professor Poulin received her B.A. with honors from Harvard University (Radcliffe College), her J.D. with honors from the University of Maine School of Law, and her LL.M. from the University of Michigan Law School. She was an Articles Editor of the Maine Law Review. Following law school, she taught Legal Writing and Research at Wayne State University Law School and served as an Assistant United States Attorney in Chicago. Before joining the faculty in 1981, she was an Assistant Professor at Illinois Institute of Technology/Chicago-Kent College of Law. At Villanova, Professor Poulin serves as faculty adviser to the Moot Court Board.
Professor Poulin's research and teaching interests focus on criminal procedure, evidence and litigation.
