Professor Segal received her B.A. and M.A. from State University of New York at Albany and her J.D. from Harvard Law School. Professor Segal was a staff attorney for the Legal Assistance Foundation of Chicago and for the Delaware County Legal Assistance Association. Before joining the faculty in 1999, she taught a civil practice clinic and advanced civil practice at the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.
