Professor Turkington received his B.A. and J.D. from Wayne State University, and his LL.M. New York University School of Law. At Wayne State, he was a note editor of the Wayne Law Review. Before joining the faculty in 1977, Professor Turkington was a Research Associate at Duke University School of Law and a Professor at DePaul University College of Law.
Professor Turkington’s research and teaching interests focus on privacy, confidentiality, AIDS and HIV related information policy, torts, and constitutional law.
