| Ms. Ruff received her B.A. from Saint Joseph’s University and earned her J.D. cum laude from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law where she served on the law review. After practicing law for more than eight years, she obtained her M.L.S. from Drexel University. She was a librarian at the Law Library of Montgomery County in Norristown, PA before joining the library staff at Villanova. She is a co-author of
Pennsylvania Damages: Personal Injury Verdicts and Settlements. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Georgia Bars as well as the American Association of Law Libraries and the American Library Association.
