Professor Mooney received her B.S.B.A from Shippensburg University and her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. At Villanova, she was an editor of student works of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal and first place winner of the John Marshall National Moot Court Competition. Before joining the faculty in 1999, she was an attorney with Manko, Gold &
Katcher. Professor Mooney’s research and teaching interests focus on legal research and writing and environmental and criminal law.
