The Villanova Journal of Law and Investment Management is an independent, academic publication of Villanova University School of Law. The Co-Editors-in-Chief are Mark A. Sargent, Dean and Professor of Law at Villanova, and Joseph V. Del Raso, a partner in the law firm of Pepper Hamilton in Philadelphia. The Editorial Board includes leading practitioners and academics in the relevant fields. The Journal publishes articles focusing primarily on the law of investment companies and investment advisers.
