Subscription Info
The Journal is now being published exclusively online. Subscriptions
are available free of charge. If interested in subscribing and receiving future
issues of the Journal, please email Annette
Stalone. Each new issue will be delivered by email to all subscribers. The Journal's
articles also will be archived at its website.
The Journal is a peer-reviewed, peer-edited publication of Villanova
University School of Law, and will appear at least twice a year. The
Co-Editors-in-Chief are Mark A. Sargent, Dean and Professor of Law at Villanova,
and Joseph V. Del Raso, a partner in the law firm of Pepper Hamilton in
Philadelphia. The Editorial Board includes leading practitioners and academics
in the relevant fields. The purpose of the Journal is to publish
sophisticated articles on all legal aspects of investment companies and
investment advisers. The Journal will also publish articles on relevant
aspects of broker-dealer law. The Editors expect the articles to be of interest
to both practitioners and academics, to be of contemporary relevance, and to
make a contribution to understanding beyond simple descriptions of changes in
the law or regulatory system.
The Journal also is calling for articles to be submitted for possible
publication in Volume 3 and future volumes. Please email Mark
