The American Bar Association appointed Professors Michelle Anderson and Anne Poulin to co-chair the Pennsylvania Assessment Team for the ABA's Death Penalty Moratorium Project. They will lead a team of judges, prosecutors, defense attorneys, legislators and students in a detailed assessment of the Pennsylvania death penalty system.
